Yoga & Meditation

Yoga is a means of preventive medicine. It is more than 3000 years old. The reason it is still with us and indeed, is becoming more and more popular is that it does provide a road to wellness and peace of mind.

People of all ages are taking it up to relieve or prevent backaches, headaches, tiredness, insomnia, emotional imbalances, hormonal imbalances, the list goes on. But Yoga is more than a physical practise and is the integration of all that we are at any given moment, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It is a way of life that frees the mind and Spirit.

Everybody can do Yoga, regardless of age, size or fitness, as long as you can breathe, you can do YogaThe essence of my teaching is "Breathing, Feeling and Listening to the body". Letting go of competition with, or judgment toward, ourselves or others, letting go of any expectations that may keep us from fully experiencing the joy of movement.
Totally and completely accepting who we are… in this body, in this breath, in this moment.
